Ayesha Malik – Social Media Manager

Ayesha Malik began her journey with no experience in digital tools but a strong interest in branding. After completing the Social Media Management course at the Maninder Foundation, she interned with a local boutique where she increased their online engagement by 300% within two months.

Her skills in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and content scheduling caught attention, and she was soon hired by one of India’s top fashion brands as a Social Media Manager. Today, Ayesha handles brand campaigns and influencer collaborations, financially supports her family, and mentors new students at the Foundation.

Simran Kaur – SEO Specialist

Simran Kaur, from Ludhiana, was fascinated by how websites rank on search engines. After enrolling in the SEO course, she developed expertise in keyword research, Google Analytics, technical SEO, and content optimization. Her final project increased a blog’s organic traffic by 500%, which greatly impressed recruiters.

Soon after, she secured a role at WebNest Technologies, a global IT firm. Simran now works with international clients, helping enhance their online visibility, and is a strong example of how digital careers are accessible with the right training.

Rukhsar Fatima – Content Writer

Rukhsar Fatima always loved writing but never imagined she could turn it into a career. Through the Maninder Foundation’s Content Writing course, she gained skills in blogging, SEO content, email marketing, and storytelling.

Her assignments stood out so much that one was featured on the Foundation’s blog. After graduation, she landed a remote job with a U.S.-based agency, Global Write Solutions, and now earns over ₹70,000 per month. Rukhsar continues to grow as a writer and hopes to start her own content agency to help others find their voice.

Harleen Kaur – Graphic Designer

Harleen Kaur, who came from a low-income background and had never used design software before, transformed her artistic passion into a digital career through the Foundation’s Graphic Designing course. She learned tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma, and created a strong portfolio including logos, posters, and branding kits.

Her work caught the attention of recruiters at Pixel & Hue Studios during a placement session, leading to her hiring as a Junior Graphic Designer. Harleen now contributes to major creative campaigns and continues to grow in the field of UI/UX design.
