SINGLE MOTHERS SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Single Mothers Support Program helps single mothers within the community to help support their and their children’s most basic necessities.

In the Thuvavi region of Gujarat, India, where most families rely on seasonal agricultural work, many women become single mothers due to factors like early deaths of their spouses or marital breakdowns due to alcohol, domestic and child abuse. Without steady income or extended family support, these women face immense challenges in providing basic necessities and education for their children. Our program is dedicated to offering these mothers the essential assistance they need to build a more secure future for their families.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Contribute by sponsoring the betterment of a single mother and her children for a year or more! The amount will be used to provide a living cost aid, financial aid and cover unusual medical expenses. The educational costs of the children are covered through the partnership with the Maa Saraswati Education Fund.
